            We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Standard tracked delivery is free and takes an estimated 7–14 business days after dispatch. A faster Priority Express option (estimated 3–6 business days) is available at checkout for an extra charge.

            Once your order is dispatched we email you a tracking number and a link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating after dispatch.

            Yes. You can cancel your order and return it within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email us with your order number and we will send return instructions. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

            You cover the cost of sending an item back, unless it is faulty, damaged or not as described, in which case we cover it.

            Refunds go back to your original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days of us being told you are returning the order. We may wait until the parcel has reached us, or you have sent proof of postage, before refunding.

            The quickest way is to return the pair for a refund and place a new order. Where stock allows, we can also arrange a direct exchange – just mention it when you contact us.

            Use the size guide on the product page: measure your foot length and match it to the chart. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

            Our sandals and clogs have a faux (synthetic) suede or faux leather upper, a cushioned footbed and a lightweight EVA sole. The exact details are on each product page.

            Wipe clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth, avoid soaking, and let them dry naturally in the shade, away from direct heat.
